Play leaders use an active approach to reinforce skills taught at "ticket through the door activities" through empowerment and encouragement by suggesting themes, plots and through role play.
Facilitators empower children with skills learned from "tickets through the door" using a passive approach for encouragement and reinforcement. Stage managers are tasked to promote positive environments that foster learning and play.
Support staff are equipped to support play leaders and stage managers through positive role modeling, reinforcement and empowerment.
Empowers customers through the mission statement, educates customers on services,explains benefits of programs and coordinates with community partnerships.
About The Owner:
Ramona Jones is a mother of a 5-year-old and will be receiving her MSW in Social Work in Spring 2019. She currently holds a B.S in Psychology as well as minored in Human Development. She has served her community for 8+ years in social service, working in mental health for 5 +years, working with children for over 10 years, is an Americorps member, has served with Jumpstart and various other mentorship, tutoring and non profit programs.
